It's fully ride adjustable.....front steering column adjusts for any size rider........ from 5ft tall to 6'10" tall, the foot placement is adjustable up to 8" front to back and the elliptical arc is also adjustable....allowing you custom adjust this bike to YOUR exact body style and measurements. The bike has a 3 speed rear integral hub that is controlled by a "thumb" paddle shifter on the right steering handle. This allows you to quickly change gears to handle any inclines, declines or straightaways.It also features quick release handles for easy adjustment and storage. (steering column is foldable).I added two Kenda Kwest tires with Presta valve tubes for heavy duty and "off the beaten path" adventures. These tires hold 90 (yes....ninety) PSI and will hold riders up to 300lbs!! I have also added a water bottle holder and an adjustable cell phone holder that will hold any phone on the market. There is also an attachment for indoor riding in case it's raining outside........(this can be purchased online).This retails for $1000 from ElliptiGo deales/manufacturer.........I got mine for $700 on Amazon, plus the tires and other added features. I am throwing those in for free. I'm DROPPING the price from $600 to $550!!!. There is not a scratch on this bike.
